It is an honor for me to come and talk about all this SAIS because it is here that leaders will we need to materialize this vision, to ask the question whether, because the way we’ve always done things had some success, it is the only way to continue. To call upon the Congress whose structure often creates bottlenecks that prevent services from our government to work together. Order to carry out the difficult but necessary to convince policy makers that investing in the health of their fellow citizens is not just a worthwhile objective, but this is vital for the future of security, peace and prosperity they say they search.

We are aware of all the traps and all the obstacles, but we can not sit idly by. We must do everything we can in our time to change the course of things.
